Street parking is available at no cost. Absolutely, no parking on the grass. WHAT'S INCLUDED: Iron and ironing board, washer/dryer, free high speed WiFi and 4 Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix and YouTube TV. NOTE: For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the front of the property (outside pointing to the driveway and grass area) and back yard (Outside surveying the entire backyard).
