KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchens are fully stocked and have a full line of new appliances (drip coffee maker included). Dining tables have seating for 4 people and 2 people on the guest house. OUTDOOR SPACE: The outdoor space includes a BBQ grill and outdoor seating (Upon request-at no extra cost to you). PARKING: Maximum of cars that can park in the driveway are 2. Street parking is available at no cost. Absolutely, no parking on the grass. A fine of $250 per occurrence will be applied if cars are found on the grass.
